Pricing policies

Common questions regarding quoted/estimated pricing:

Can you give me a price over the phone?
Unless you are in our records, or have a receipt from previous work (done by us), we do not price over the phone.

Why is your quote higher than flyers I have received and or/ other estimates?
Our price is calculated using industry standard practices. Unfortunately there are a lot of companies who are willing to cut corners to give customers an appealing price. The difference is overall job quality, appearance, and time interval between future maintenance. We offer a 1 year warranty, simply because, our sealer will not fade away.

Will you price match company xxx?
We do not price match.

Why is my driveway more than my neighbors. there driveway is about the same size?
Every driveway is different, our price is calculated by estimated material and labor. Common reasons for increased price are: extensive prep-work involved, asphalt has not been sealcoated before, or is dry, excessively cracked/damaged, difficult layout/ grade.

Do you do group discounts?
Yes, however, you must coordinate with your neighbors, to all be serviced at the same time. We can not offer group rates for customers who want work done at different dates. Group rate applies for 3 or more driveways within the same area.

Do you offer military discount?
Yes, we have different discount rates depending on job size.

I have a flyer from last year, will you honor pricing?
Our cost have gone up, chance are we will not be able to honor pricing from previous years.

My driveway is xxx square feet, how much?
Depends on condition of asphalt, and prep work involved, we have to take a look to give our recommendations and price for work to be performed

The flyer says $xxx for sealcoat, and then says xxx for hot tar, which one is it?
We itemize the estimate for each, if you want to do both you must add the prices..

Why hasn't my job been done?
We will not perform work if payment arrangements are deviated from, in any way, without written/verbal agreement. Please call us if anything changes.

Estimates are free for customers, or referral based potential customers... $15 if otherwise

*Our estimate is an evaluation of existing driveway conditions, our price includes everything in scope of work, on flyer, unless otherwise noted.  Price does not include tax, unless otherwise noted. Price is non-negotiable once work has began.  Payment arrangements will be made with customer, if payment arrangements are not followed, as agreed upon, the job will be pulled from our schedule. We have a seal-coat job minimum of $145, hot-tar minimum of $75, Hot asphalt repair minimum of $645, Driveway/ add-on minimum of $1500.* Warranty claims must be reported within 24 hours. We do not warranty damages due to unexpected pop up storms. We do not warranty work which hasn't been paid when services are rendered.
