• Our residential sealer is guaranteed for 1 year! 
  (Must be notified of complaint within 30 days of application.   If sealer gets washed out we must be notified within 24 hours. We are not responsible for any damage due to gas, oil or any chemical spill.  Areas directly beneath overhanging tress may not maintain uniform coverage due to tree sap in the asphalt which will prevent sealer adhesion, in which case warranty is void.)

• All driveway sealer is applied by hand, not spraying,eliminating a messy coat and overspray!!

• We use Copeland Latex (water based) not oil(c Sealer Products, which provides the deepest and longest lasting color, firmest body, and greatest durability.
